Boeing Starliner Neuer Starttermin

Boeing's Starliner Launch Rescheduled

New Launch Date Set for June 1

Backup Launch Opportunities Available on June 2

According to the most recent forecast on May 31, there is still a 90% chance of favorable weather for the first Crew Flight Test of Boeing's new Starliner spacecraft.

The new launch date has a T-0 liftoff of 12:25 pm ET. There are also backup launch opportunities available on Sunday, June 2.

The Starliner is designed to carry astronauts to and from the International Space Station (ISS). The Crew Flight Test will be the first time the Starliner has flown with astronauts on board.

The launch was originally scheduled for May 20, but was postponed due to a technical issue with the Starliner's propulsion system.

Boeing has since fixed the issue and the Starliner is now ready for launch.

The Starliner Crew Flight Test is a major milestone in the development of Boeing's commercial crew transportation system. If the test is successful, Boeing will be one step closer to flying astronauts to the ISS for NASA.
