Amex Stadium Woes Continue for Brighton
Brighton & Hove Albion's dismal home form continued on Saturday as they fell to a 4-1 defeat against Manchester City at the Amex Stadium. The result marked back-to-back home losses for Brighton, a tally they had not reached in their previous 22 home games.
Phil Foden was the star for Manchester City, scoring twice and setting up another goal. The victory extended Manchester City's lead at the top of the Premier League table to six points.
Brighton, meanwhile, remain in 16th place, just four points above the relegation zone. They will be hoping to turn things around when they travel to Aston Villa on 5th May 2024.
